Fall is my favorite season of the year and I have a great weakness for fall fabrics as well! I also have purchased numerous Suzy Zoo greeting cards, stickers and scrapbooking items over the years - Suzy Zoo fabric is the next logical step!

Sewgirl said...

I think fall fabrics call to me more than any other season. Not sure if it's the colors or what, but I just can't get enough! I have made one of my favorite quilts with maple leaf blocks that I got in an exchange a long time ago on the internet, before it was a popular thing to do…everyone thought it so novel at the time!!

I've noticed that decorating for Halloween has become more and more popular in recent years. While I don't see myself making a Halloween quilt, I could see myself making a smaller project such as a table topper. A lot of the Halloween fabrics are great fun.

OOhh I am so not ready to think of fall! We're still trying to keep Spring from morphing back to winter. We haven't even planted our vegie garden yet. I made a fall/ Halloween table topper several years ago that I really like, mostly because it is good from September to December. Thansk.

It's not too early to be thinking about fall - I have 2 Halloween quilt UFO's that I want to get done for this Halloween - I need to get cracking on them!

Love these fall fabrics. I've made a Halloween panel quilt for myself, and smaller wall hangings for both of my sons. Now I would like to make a cute Halloween quilt for my Granddaughter, as she's only two, a non-scary one would be best, and I think this fabric would work wonderfully. Holy run on sentence, Batman!
