As many of us are just starting to enjoy Spring, it probably doesn't feel right to talk about Fall. But for those of us that like to plan projects for upcoming seasons, Fall 2014 officially begins September 23. And while that is five (5) months away, SewCalGal wanted to share insights with you today on some new fabrics that are beginning to arrive in our local quilt shops and favorite online shops.
Hoffman California International Fabrics has released their catalog for new fabrics for Fall/Winter 2014. While they have plenty of new screen prints, batiks and hand. You can view their catalog online to see all of their new fabrics, but you should also be able to find these in your local quilt shops or favorite online shops. If not, let them know you are interested in having them carry these new fabric lines from Hoffman:

Fall is my favorite season of the year and I have a great weakness for fall fabrics as well! I also have purchased numerous Suzy Zoo greeting cards, stickers and scrapbooking items over the years - Suzy Zoo fabric is the next logical step!
I think fall fabrics call to me more than any other season. Not sure if it's the colors or what, but I just can't get enough! I have made one of my favorite quilts with maple leaf blocks that I got in an exchange a long time ago on the internet, before it was a popular thing to do…everyone thought it so novel at the time!!
Suzy Zoo is really cute - my toddler would love it!
I love Halloween. Such a fun holiday and happy memories. I would love to do some appliques on banners.
I love fall colors but have never made a fall-themed quilt. I love the Narumi fabric!

Love the fabric. Still waiting for Spring to show , so kind of hard to think of fall just yet.....
I've noticed that decorating for Halloween has become more and more popular in recent years. While I don't see myself making a Halloween quilt, I could see myself making a smaller project such as a table topper. A lot of the Halloween fabrics are great fun.
I do not have a Halloween quilt, but have started collecting fabric for one, so this would be great, thanks
AS a brand new Quilter, I would sure love to win these beautiful Halloween fabrics. I'm two months a "New-bie" to quilting & this sure would brighten my day!!
I want to make my grand daughters a Halloween themed quilt for them to use on the couch when watching tv. This would be just perfect!
I love decorating for FALL and halloween is so much fun for me with the grandkids and costume sewing.
Although my fall decorating is minimal, I did make placemats and a tablerunner with the fall colours and theme... when I have them on display, I always get compliments.
I love fall fabrics of any kind. And, living far away from any quilt shop, I do online shopping mostly. I would love to win this fall fabrics bundle. I have the Country Girl Pattern in mind for these fabrics.
Thank you for giving me the chance.

I have never made a fall or Halloween quilt, and haven't been excited about Halloween since the kids were little. But this year will be different--my baby grand-daughter inspires me and I'm excited all over again!
Great fabrics. I love the Fall season. The natural array of colors is most fascinating, especially driving along the highways.
Thanks for your generosity in hosting these giveaways.
A Fall/Halloween quilt is right up there on my bucket list that I get to start working on once the dreaded UFO's are all done and they are slowly but steadily moving to the finish pile. Thanks
I love the Halloween fabric...would be cute in a quilt for my granddaughter
OOhh I am so not ready to think of fall! We're still trying to keep Spring from morphing back to winter. We haven't even planted our vegie garden yet. I made a fall/ Halloween table topper several years ago that I really like, mostly because it is good from September to December. Thansk.
I haven't made a Halloween quilt yet... would love use this fabric for one!
I've loved Suzy's Zoo since the early greeting card days. This fabric would make a great table runner to set the candy bowl on for the little ones!
I have some Halloween fabric in my stash and am hoping to make a table runner for my daughter this year. Suzy's pumpkin patch fabric is adorable.
It's not too early to be thinking about fall - I have 2 Halloween quilt UFO's that I want to get done for this Halloween - I need to get cracking on them!
Love these fall fabrics. I've made a Halloween panel quilt for myself, and smaller wall hangings for both of my sons. Now I would like to make a cute Halloween quilt for my Granddaughter, as she's only two, a non-scary one would be best, and I think this fabric would work wonderfully. Holy run on sentence, Batman!
I like the Maple Lane fabric and pattern. I just found some Halloween cat fabric that I am planning to make into kaleidoscope blocks.
Thanks for the give away :-) Nice fabrics.
Suzie's Pumpkin Patch fabrics are adorable! I would love to win a bundle of them. Halloween is my favorite holiday!
