Showcase - Auction Item #2 - Quilters Bee Giving Charity Fundraiser

quilter's bee giving generic event button

The Quilter's Bee Giving Charity Fundraiser will soon come to an end.  Online auctions will be closing item by item sometime between now and December 15th. And I'll announce all auction winners on the 16th!   To clarify, as this is a charity fundraiser SewCalGal reserves the right to close each auction item on an undisclosed time. So, don't wait till the last minute to bid on something you might be interested in. And, please don't overlook that the winner gets to write their check to their favorite of the four non-profit charities showcased in this event and 100% of the funds raised will be donated to these charities too!

Time is running out to purchase Raffle tickets.  There are twenty (20) amazing prize bundles in the raffle and excellent odds of winning too!  Email SewCalGal email address copyASAP if you are interested in purchasing raffle tickets.  $1 could get you a winning ticket, but for every $10 in raffle tickets you donate you also get an entry into a special Golden Ticket Raffle Prize Bundle Drawing which even better odds.  Plus, 100% of the profits go to great causes that you can help determine who benefits!

Today I want to showcase one of the auction items that will be closing sometime this week.  This prize bundle is an excellent value, filled with many items of quilty goodness that you may want to keep, or share some with your quilty friends.

I hope you agree that this prize bundle is an amazing value, with something for every quilter. And a great way to get quilty items to give away as gifts too!  If you are interested in placing a bid to win this auction item, simply click on the "Add your link" button below.  For a complete list of rules for bidding, as well as seeing other open bids click here.

Don't forget to check out all of the items currently open for bids in the online auction.  They will each be closed for bidding sometime between now or around December 15th.  The date of closure is a secret, as this is an online charity auction and SewCalGal wants to minimize potential last minute bidding bombers!

If you haven't yet purchased raffle tickets you may also want to check out the prizes in the raffle fundraiser and consider making a donation to your favorite of the four charities, where you also pick up raffle tickets.  You  can email SewCalGal   email address copyfor details on purchasing raffle tickets, but checks (or PayPal donations) need to be received by December 15th. And my preference is checks made payable to your favorite of the four charities, but for those that want to pay via PayPal I will write a check for the amount you send via PayPal, to your favorite  of the four charities.

SewCalGal is also playing catch up with sending email acknowledgements to those that have donated by way of purchasing raffle tickets.  I'm currently working to log these in my tracking spreadsheet, where virtual raffle ticket numbers are uniquely assigned for every $ dollar donated.  And, as I do I will be sending out individual emails before the big raffle drawing on the 17th.  As the 15th is a Sunday, I'm holding off drawing the raffle winners till the 17th to allow for last minute raffle ticket purchases to arrive via USPS on Monday, December 16th.

For more info on the four non-profit charities showcased in this event click here.  100% of the funds raised thru the Quilter's Bee Charity Fundraiser will be donated to these great causes and you can select which of the four that you wish to donate to when you purchase raffle tickets, or win a bid on an auction item.

So, let me verify. If I for some miracle win an auction, the check I write will go to the charity I pick (such as Alex Lemonade Stand)? Who will I send it to though?
