  6. I had to laugh at a memory brought to mind when I saw the donated quilt kit "Ruff around the Edges."

When my little sister was about 3, she was just beginning to understand riddles and jokes. In one of her books was the riddle, "What did the dog say when it sat on the sandpaper?" "Rough, rough."

So she proudly went out to ask someone else the riddle and it came out, "What did the cat say when it sat on the sandpaper?" "Meow."

More than thirty years later we still get the giggles over that.

  7. What great prizes, some are just way to cute. I love anything with puppies and kittens on it, but the octopus from Bejeweled quilts, I have been oohhh and aaahhhh over that quilt from the first time I saw it on Barb's site. It is so cute, I might have to buy one for my Great Grand baby who will be making her grand entrance in December or January.
