Island Batik Launches the Quilted In Honor Program

Quilted In Honor (QIH) is a fundraising initiative to benefit  Operation Homefront (OH), a non-profit that helps enlisted military and their families in times of emergency and needs not supported by the government.  QIH was launched by  Island Batik, with the idea that, by working together, the quilting industry could come together and make a positive impact on the lives of military families in need.  Island Batik has a line of patriotic fabrics where a percentage of sales will be donated to OH.  And, they have partnered with others in the quilting business who are also designating a percentage of their sales to benefit OH.
