Grand Prizes will be awarded to those that have taken the Pledge to complete all 12 FMQ tutorials. After they complete 12 tutorials there will be a special post with information on how they enter. Prizes will be randomly awarded in early 2013.   While details on how to officially enter will be shared later this year, I do want to increase awareness that you simply need to complete 12 FMQ tutorials "anytime" in 2012.  If you complete a tutorial and enter it in the month it was released, I want to encourage you to start compiling  list of links to your entries to help you when you enter to win a Grand Prize.

SewCalGal is proud to recognize our
MONTHLY PRIZE SPONSORS
for the February Challenge.

Each month, one lucky winner will receive a special bundle of prizes.  For the March  challenge, the winner will receive a bundle that includes:

The winner will need to determine the size that is appropriate for them
that shares insight on how to help fit gloves.

The winner of the March FMQ Challenge was randomly selected by those that completed the challenge in the month the tutorial was released.  Congratulations to Marina!  While I will send this winner  an email notification to get their mailing information and confirm that they want to claim this prize. If I do not hear back from them within a week, another name will be drawn.

As SewCalGal, I do absorb the expenses for mailing these prizes out to winners, anywhere in the world.  I appreciate support by paid sponsors, as well as those that donate to help offset the postage costs that continue to operate in the red.  And, I want to thank everyone that clicks on the "AdChoices" advertisements as those pennies add up, and are the primary source of funds that help with shipping expenses.

Don't forget that the main page for this event is http://www.sewcalgal.blogspot.com/p/free-motion-quilt-challenge.html and it will be updated throughout this event, to provide a summary of current info and links.

Quilters of all levels can enter this challenge anytime. Take the Pledge by signing up.

Lastly, while the 2012 FMQ Challenge is all about learning/improving your FMQ skills and the prizes for the challenge are secondary, I want to let everyone know that the announcement of randomly selected winner(s) of monthly challenges will be made "sometime" during the month.  Hopefully sooner than later, but I need to focus on working with the FMQ Experts for subsquent months and a variety of other activities that I'm sure you don't want to hear the details.  I also want to be sure to have prizes shipped to prior winners, before a new winner is announced.    Your patience and support is appreciated. And, I definitely appreciate those that click on the "AdChoices" advertisements, as those paid advertisements help to supplement the shipping expenses (that continue to be in the red).

wow - did you make over your blog recently? I don't remember that header and I love it! Of course, I usually read blogs in a reader, not online, so I don't get to see your blogs - you could have had this for months!

(blah blah, I'll shut up now. lol)
