I love your idea of the 15th shop/swap/sale - and immediately thought of all the wonderful things I could add to my stuff/ I mean stash.
Augh! I try to be good - but the pointed head guy on my shoulder urges me to USE every coupon I am given. And you know what that means!? You can never buy ONLY what the coupon is good for ... I can't say how many times I go in to use "a" coupon and come out with $20 or more of excess.
Oh -well- I don't have any other vices to speak of.
