I'll admit my personal dream is to have the entire collection of EQ's Quilting Designs. This very reasonable software can be used within EQ6/EQ7 to plan out quilting designs on your projects, and it is also very easy to print and transfer your design to your quilt, scaled for a template for free-motion quilting.
