Modern Quilts from the Blogging Universe

Martingale has published a new book called "Modern Quilts from the Blogging Universe"  that contains 19 beautiful quilts, with a modern style, all designed by various bloggers!

After years of following some amazing blogs, that share tips, tutorials, designs and inspiration, I am absolutely delighted to find this book. Love it and hope to see more books along this line in the future.

Projects in this book range in size from 48 1/2" x 48 1/2"  to 70" x 90" and consist of pieced projects, with the exception of a design based on a Dresden plate that is uses simple applique'.

All of the 19 projects come with well written instructions, that are easy to follow, have excellent visuals and yardage requirements.

Stitch This (Martingale's blog) has kicked off a super giveaway where many designers in this book are also hosting a giveaway.  SewCalGal hopes you'll visit all the blogs participating in hosting a giveaway for this book, as well as have a chance to check out this book at your local quilt shop or at Martingale's online site.

I think many of you will enjoy this new modern style quilting book, as well as knowing that it was created by so many talented fellow bloggers!
