I have a hand crank machine, and I could sew and listen to the commentators without the noise of a motor. I'd stop and watch during the events. Fun! I love the Olympics and try not to miss much.Cheryl's Teapots2Quiltinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01005480747596617459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5250006727943954486.post-33943232340933514282012-08-21T19:22:56.768-07:002012-08-21T19:22:56.768-07:00What a great post, Darlene! A book has been produced with a photo of each quilt and which team received it.

I believe it was at one of the US Olympics that quilts were first made and presented.

PS Designing the pennants was tricky as there were so many things we could not use for copyright reasons. This included the words London, 2012, Olympics, and images of the rings, official pictograms and the Olympic mascots.Gloriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17007820382759541802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5250006727943954486.post-52339982672318310092012-08-21T08:23:37.313-07:002012-08-21T08:23:37.313-07:00Great post!
